How to Book in Multiple Interviewers to the Same Interview

First of all, we need to go to the interview tab and scroll down until we can see the interview booking.

in this case, we haven't made a booking yet, so we need the parent to log into their parent dashboard and book it.

Because we have availabilities for multiple interviewers using the same interview type, we can see that availabilities for both "Allusha" and "general interviewer" are available to book.

We have the ability to assign a specific interviewer in order to restrict the parent to book with only this interviewer, or we can allow the parents to choose between any interviewers that have open availabilities within this interview type.

In this case, it doesn't really matter which interviewer the parent books with. So we are allowing the interview pool to have an effect by simply selecting an interview type.

If I log in as the parent, I can see my parent dashboard and I can click on book interview and select an interview time.

This is a mix of both of those interviewers without showing which interviewer the time slot belongs to.

So as the parent, I'm going to book into a random slot from eight to eight 30, and parent time would be eight to 8:25. When I book into this time slot I will be taken to a page with my interview details.

I can go back to Robert's dashboard by clicking on back to parent dashboard at the bottom.

In the backend, in Enroll HQ, if I refresh and go to my interview tab, I will now see my new interview booking with Allusha.

Now to book in a second interviewer, we need to do that manually from Enroll HQ.

Step one is to add the exact same availability as the student already has booked in.

In this case, we have the interviewer, Allusha, booked in on the 15th of October from eight to eight 30.

To book in the second interviewer, we need to go into interviews, and we need to go into availabilities, and we need to create an availability for the exact same time and the exact same date as the other booking to be able to book two interviews into the same time slot.

As we replicate the availability, the original booking was for the 15th of October,

With a duration of 30 minutes total,

And 25 for the parents.

And the start time of the booking was from eight to eight 30.

Now we need to select the other interviewer. We are going to book Meredith and Allusha into the same interview. In order to do that, we need to select the same interview type.

Once we've created that availability, we can now go back to Robert's student detailed view and book in the second interviewer, Meredith, manually, via the interview tab.

If we click on "book interviewer" we will have Meredith's availability presented to us.

We can now see that both Meredith and Allusha are booked into the same interview.
