• Student Details: Year level, year of commencement, boarder/day student status, application date, nationality, names, date of birth, demographic data, and addresses.
• Parent/Carer Details: Names, contact information, demographic data, and addresses.

Duplicate Profile Management

Duplicate management is handled directly within Zunia. Online applications from EnrolHQ are imported into an “Imported Applications” holding area for processing. If Zunia detects potential matches with existing records, it provides a guided wizard to help you merge the new online application with the corresponding student and parent/carer profiles.

Flexible Updates with PATCH and PUT

Zunia’s API supports PATCH and PUT for Online Applications, allowing EnrolHQ to update existing applications in Zunia with new or modified data. This feature enables multiple syncs to ensure data remains accurate and up-to-date.

Document Uploads Made Simple

EnrolHQ leverages Zunia’s “Online Application Documents” API endpoint to upload a variety of documents, including:

• Parent-uploaded documents such as Birth Certificates, NAPLAN results, and school reports.
• EnrolHQ-generated PDFs like signed applications and signed Acceptance of Enrolment offers.

These documents are automatically linked to the appropriate profiles in Zunia for streamlined document management.

Quick and Easy Setup

Setting up the integration is straightforward. Your IT team simply provides API credentials with the appropriate permissions from Zunia’s Settings > API section. Once configured, syncing is as easy as pressing a button inside EnrolHQ.

After syncing, imported applicants will appear in Zunia’s Student Profiles > Import Applications section, ready to be processed. EnrolHQ also reads back the Zunia GUID, linking profiles between the two systems to help you track the sync status of each application.
