EnrolHQ's Reports provide accurate and relevant decision making data points
EnrolHQ offers a comprehensive suite of reports that we continuously enhance based on your feedback. As a School Enrolments Manager, not only are you busy communicating and working with future families, but you also have School Leadership requesting figures and reports for their regular meetings. Are you on track for next year’s and the following year’s cohorts? Are there people on the waiting list who can fill the spots left by departing students? Use our powerful reports to answer these questions. Here are some highlights of EnrolHQ’s reporting module:
Intelligence Reports - Easily follow Enquiry, Event Booking, Application, Scholarship Application, and Offer Acceptance trends with year-on-year performance using cumulative line graphs or month-on-month performance using non-cumulative bar graphs.
Transaction Report - The source of truth for your Finance team, logging every single payment transaction for all payment types, including application forms, both offer types, and custom form payments. GST and credit card fees are separated from the transactions for easy reconciliation. The report can be emailed as a CSV every night to the Finance team.
Student Status Conversion - This report tracks all your applicant profiles as they move through their enrolment stages. You can see how many drop off at each stage, from Event Booking to Application, from Application to Interview, and so on. If you’re aiming for a particular number of enrolled students, you can work backwards using the conversion percentages to determine how many applications are required. This information can be provided to the marketing team to adjust campaign spending.
Student Profile Conversion - Similar to the status conversion report, this report tracks your applicants as they progress through form submissions (rather than enrolment journey stages). For any cohort, see how many have filled out an application form, submitted their offer acceptance, or completed custom forms. This gives school leadership a macro view of the number of applicants inside EnrolHQ. Best of all, you can click on any of the numbers to see the data behind them. All numbers relate to a CRM filter that lists the exact number of profiles that have submitted a particular form, ensuring the reports are accurate.
Event Conversion - Marketing teams are particularly interested in seeing how School Tours and Open Days convert to Applications submitted. This report provides that data and more, including how long it takes a tour attendee to submit the application afterward.
Geo Data - Demographics are rapidly changing in some school districts, and the Geo Data report shows which suburbs have increasing school applicants and which are declining. Use the data to drive marketing campaigns in growth areas and consider opening new bus routes.
Top Schools - For high schools using EnrolHQ, this report shows which feeder schools are performing best over time. This data can be used to drive marketing campaigns within those primary schools, particularly within Diocesan Catholic Schools.
Document Reports - Quickly see which documents have been uploaded and by whom in one large table. Identify who still needs to upload their school reports and NAPLANs, so you can send a reminder.
Comments and Tasks - If you work in a large enrolments team, this report is handy for showing you the comments left by your colleagues on student profiles, so you know where to follow up.
Custom Form Submissions - When you request parents to submit custom forms, this report provides the submitted data and also identifies who is yet to submit, allowing you to follow up with those families.
Email Tracking - This report shows you how many of your emails are bouncing, so you can request the correct email addresses from parents. You can also see open rates and click rates, helping you gauge parent engagement with your communications.
