How to create a field for additional “Document Uploads”

Go into Settings - Form Fields - Enrolment Documents and click on “Custom Documents Upload”.

  1. Enable document upload section for the necessary enrolment step
  2. Mark if this is a mandatory upload or not
  3. Create a name for the upload
  4. Any further description of the documents required
  5. Number of Documents allowed to be uploaded to this slot
  6. The File Name the uploaded files will be saved as (normally the same as the label)
