What is a Leadership Review?

When the enrolment application has passed Enrolment Review (and often the Interview stage) it moves into Leadership Review. Applications here require the principal or school leadership team to review and give approval before an enrolment offer can be made.

Leadership will have controls to Add a Comment to the Enrolment Application, Download the Enrolment Application as a PDF (for Review), and Approve/Decline the application.

They can also assign the Student Profile to an interviewer and write notes before deciding to pass or decline the application, or to indicate that further information is required.

When the application has passed the Leadership Review, it will be up to staff to make the offer of enrolment from the Enrolment Offer tab.

You can set up automated emails using both the Staff and Leadership Review flags as trigger events to email someone once checked so that changes to the status is communicated to the relevant staff.
