Application Manual Payment
Some parents contact schools/colleges to make payment via EFT instead of using a Credit Card. In this situation is important that parents complete all online processes up to the payment point prior to the manual receipt being added to the student profile.
When you wish to process the manual payment for an Application the payment should be recorded once the application has been submitted by one or both parents.
A warning message will appear advising that the action can finalise the form if it has been submitted.
Once the payment details are recorded, you can choose to send an email with the receipt to the parent.
This action will change student status to Application submitted/paid.
Enrolment Offer Manual Payment
Some parents contact schools/colleges to make payment via EFT instead of using a Credit Card. In this situation is important that both parent/carers complete all online processes up to the payment point prior to the manual receipt being added to the student profile.
1 Manual Offer Accepted - displays date the offer accepted
2 Shows the 2nd parent/carer that completed the task
3 Shows that the User parent/carer has not been confirmed by a red x
4 This is where the manual receipt must be added to complete the Acceptance of Offer
The offer will be finalised if both parent/carers have accepted the offer even if after the offer has expired.
Once the payment details are recorded, you can choose to send an email with the receipt to the parent.
This action will change student status to the next step in the Enrolment Journey.
