Sync Integration settings are only set by EnrolHQ staff

Users are provided with view only access to Integration Settings including the Scheduled Sync settings.

These can only be set by EnrolHQ so please do not edit them.

Schools can only check the Settings tab to confirm their sync is enabled and the Call Log for sync errors per the below.

How to locate the Error in EnrolHQ

When your sync is not working the issue can be multifactored.

When submitting a Support ticket we ask you to verify what has occurred on the EnrolHQ side. Please send a screen capture of any error messages found below:

Go to Settings > Integrations >

The SIS Sync Option for your school will have a tick to indicate that it's enabled, e.g. Synergetic.

Click on the additional tab of the same name (e.g. Synergetic) then scroll down to the Call Log which contains the sync history including successful syncs and error messages, such as 'Internal Server Error '.
