Sync Integration settings are only set by EnrolHQ staff

Users are provided with view only access integration settings including the scheduled sync settings.

Those are only setup by EnrolHQ.

Schools can only check the Settings tab to confirm their sync is enabled and the Call Log for sync errors.

Error in EnrolHQ

When your SYNC is not working the issue can be multifactored.

When submitting a Support ticket we ask you to verify what has occurred on the EnrolHQ side. Please send a screen capture of any error messages found below:

Go to Settings > Integrations >

The School Integration Option you have will be enabled.

This adds an additional tab of the same name with the SYNC history including successful SYNC's and error messages, such as 'Internal Server Error '.
