Error in EnrolHQ
When your SYNC is not working the issue can be multifactored.
When submitting a Support ticket we ask you to verify what has occurred on the EnrolHQ side. Please send a screen capture of any error messages found below:
Go to Settings > Integrations >
The School Integration Option you have will be enabled.
This adds an additional tab of the same name with the SYNC history including successful SYNC's and error messages, such as 'Internal Server Error '.
The details of the error should always be included in your support ticket to assist with the investigation into the issue.
