Email Tracking report
It is advised to check for emails that may have been bounced or rejected on a regular basis so that staff can contact parents and update the details.
Note: emails that fail to send are flagged as red in individual profile comms logs
Go to Reports > Email Tracking
Emails can be selected by Status:
You can search for email sent on a particular Date:
Or your can search by Email Address:
All of the columns are able to be sorted and you can go to the profile to investigate/update any issues with email sending.
Clicks mean the number of time the email have been selected
Opens mean the number of times the email has been read.
