How to Re-open or Reset Applications

Sometimes an enrolled student that has applied for a particular year level (for example Year 3, 2024)  needs to delay their start (for example to Year 5, 2026). In this instance, they need to re-submit an application for the new year level. Re-opening the application form will save time and make the process much easier for the parents.

Another example is for schools that are using one of our Scholarships or Community re-enrolment forms. These schools might want to bulk re-open one of the application forms.

With EnrolHQ you can re-open application forms, individually or in bulk. You can also choose whether to retain any fees paid against the application or reset that fee as well to collect it again.

Depending on the selection above the parent may need to pay again.

If a form is re-opened the system doesn't wipe any information from the form, it simply presents it back to the applicant to check and re-submit. If the form is reset, the previous answers will no longer be visible to the parent and the form will be blank.

How to Re-open or Reset Offer Forms

With EnrolHQ you can re-open an Offer. You can also choose whether to retain any fees paid against the application or reset that fee as well to collect it again.

If the offer is re-opened the system simply presents it back to the applicants to sign and re-submit. Depending on the reset selection the parent may need to pay again.

Resend an Offer with a new Expiry date

In some circumstances you may want to resend an Offer to parents, this is usually when there has been significant public holidays such as Easter or Christmas. The offer date has passed and parents have not responded.

You would select all expired offers then go to use the bulk action and update the expiry date.

You DO NOT need to send the offer again, just use a custom email template to advise parents that the offer is still outstanding (you could use the Expiry Offer Reminder custom email)
