When a student has their offer declined, either by staff or parent, and the application needs to be re-instated, you must follow this process to be able to change the status.

To reverse the declined offer you must use the relevant cancel button - there are separate ones depending on the type of decline.

If you don't have a yellow cancel button on the page - click on one of the red decline buttons first to reset the cancellation, then click cancel to enable you to move the status.
