The cohort filter looks at everybody in a particular cohort and shows students that may require early entry or are on a waiting list for a different year group.

To set up the Cohort filter go to All Prospective > Show more > find Cohort Filter and add a year level and year group.

This filter sorts everyone from the selected year and the similar cohorts below - all the people that could potentially be in that grade.

Example: If you select year 7 - 2024 the filter will show:

Year 7 2024

Year 6 2023

Year 5 2022

Year 4 2021

Year 3 2020 etc.
