Application and Payment

Each EnrolHQ instance includes the ability to create Application Forms with payments, which you can use for EOI, Scholarship and Application for Enrolment Forms or even to separate ELC and K-12 Application Forms.

From filling out an enquiry form, booking a tour, or completing an expression-of-interest or application form, EnrolHQ asks parents to log in with their email address and a password, ensuring a secure and personalised experience.

Forms are divided into multiple steps, breaking the process into manageable 'chunks' to avoid overwhelming parents with a long list of questions.

Progress is saved at every step, so if parents need to step away, they can resume exactly where they left off upon logging back in.

If parents have previously interacted with EnrolHQ, the system pre-fills as much information as possible. Residential addresses are validated, student pick lists for current schools are populated, and sensible dropdown options help streamline the process and reduce data-entry errors.

Parents can complete all steps on their phone or tablet, as EnrolHQ works perfectly on all devices, representing the future of enrolment processes.

EnrolHQ allows you to control which calendar years are open for enrolment for different grades and expressions of interest, preventing enrolments into grades that are fully subscribed, such as Year 7 in 2026.

The enrolment form itself offers many customisation options: show/hide specific fields, re-label field names to match your school's terminology, set dropdown options, and customize help text for each question to suit your requirements.

For payment, you can choose whether parents need to pay an admin processing fee when submitting an expression of interest or an application for enrolment. You can also make enrolments 'invite only' if necessary.
