EnrolHQ's session timeout is set to 30 minutes default. After 30 minutes of idle activity, it will automatically log you out of the system, causing you to log back in.
We strictly adhere to this rule due to security and privacy compliance, which allows to prevent any occurrence of cyber-risks such as leakage of any confidential and personal information.
The session timeout CANNOT be adjusted nor tailored for each user and school.
